The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, South-East Zone Enugu today, November 15, 2019, secured the conviction of one Alex Chibundu before Justice I.N Buba of the Federal High Court, Enugu State.

Chibundu, who was prosecuted on a one-count charge bordering on Obtaining by False Pretences, was jailed for a month.
It is alleged that the defendant Alex Chibundu, aka Bentley Diego, in September 2019 tried to defraud unsuspecting persons with the account name “Bently Diego” on Facebook.
