102 year-old Nigerian woman has declared interest to run for presidency.
EKO HOT BLOG reports that ahead of the forthcoming general elections, a 102-year-old woman, Nonye Josephine Ezeanyaeche, has declared her intentions to run for the presidential seat in 2023.

The founder of the ‘Voice for Senior Citizens of Nigeria’ group who is popularly known as Mama Africa disclosed this during a media visit to the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA).

She expressed that she is ready to join the other presidential aspirants, as the young generation are not ready to pick the mantle.
According to reports gathered, Ezeanyaeche has won several awards for her selfless works.
Recall that the 2023 Nigerian elections will be held, in large part, on 18 February 2023.
During this presidential election year, the President and Vice President will be elected with incumbent President Muhammadu Buhari being term-limited.
