Job Descriptions
- We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to join us at Jadek Farms.
- Primary function is to stimulate and recognize market opportunities in order to make sales and convert leads. An ideal candidate should be able to maintain good relationships with clients; and making repeat sales to our existing customers.
- Candidate will be expected to understand and undertake business to business (B2B) and business to customer (B2C) sales.
Responsibilities
- Research and develop marketing strategy, and evaluate success strategy
- Develop content of marketing campaigns
- Being able to meet or exceed sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends
- Research and develop marketing strategy, and evaluate success strategy;
- Locate business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry;
- Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects;
- Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy;
- Prospecting and visitation to prospects’ locations;
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance;
- Researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements;
- Creating detailed proposal documents to clients and prospects;
- Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends;
- Direct sales
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in Real estate marketing
- Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
- Strong ability to focus on customer / market and take initiative
- Experience with social media.
