Job Description
- Strong reporting and data visualization
experience across a variety of tools (Visio, ppt, excellent in excel and Microsoft word) - High IQ and a good communicator
- Ability to effectively engage with business stakeholders and translate business requirements into high impact reports and visualizations
- In-depth knowledge around best practices in data visualization design and the presentation of information in order to enable business users to arrive at insights quickly and efficiently
- Strong communication skills and a good listener.
- Experience working in agile development environments and an agile mindset (rapid iterations and deliverables, ongoing engagement with business stakeholders).
- Book meetings and schedule events
- Order office stationery and supplies
- Maintain internal databases
- Submit expense reports
- Keep employee records (physical and digital)
- Maintain a filing system for data on customers and external partners
- Distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Prepare regular reports and presentations
- Organize, store and print company documents as needed
- Answer and redirect phone calls
- Make travel arrangements
- Handle queries from managers and employees
- Update office policies and ensure compliance with them
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree qualification
- 3 – 5 years work experience.
