A former military administrator of Akwa Ibom State, Air Commodore Idongesit Nkanga (rtd.), has died aged 68.
Eko Hot Blog gathers that Nkanga died of complications resulting from COVID-19 infection on Christmas Eve.
He was the military administrator of Akwa Ibom State from 1990 to 1992 and retired as an Air Commodore in the Nigerian Air Force.
Nkanga was a staunch supporter of former Akwa Ibom Governor and Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Godswill Akpabio.
