Job Description
- Handle team 20 engineers & CCOs
- Allocate jobs to engineers ( Onsite and WS)
- Ensure team productivity
- Achieve given revenue targets
- Send reports to superiors
- Technical support to engineers ( wherever required)
- Overall service center managment
Requirements and Other Skill
- Bachelor’s Degree with 5-10 years work experience.
- Knowledge in MS office is a must
