Job Description / Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- The ability to make decisions in stressful environments.
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to ride a bike
- Extensive experience in a farming-related field.
- Ability to manage a farm
- Management experience in managing a farm would be a plus.
- A passion for Agriculture.
- Candidates should possess FSLC qualification with at least 1 year experience.
