Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing current clients and also bringing new ones.
- Display and market real property to possible buyers
- Manage property auctions or exchanges
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

Qualifications and requirements
- 1-2 years proven work experience as a Real Estate Agent.
- Must know how to drive.
- Proven track of successful sales record.
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
- Pleasant and trustworthy.
- MS Office familiarity
Salary
NGN60,000 monthly +Commissions 10% of sale + 15% to 20% on rentals
