Kagara: Islamic cleric, Sheikh Gumi Meets Kidnappers Of Niger Students

Sheikh Dr Ahmed Abubakar Mahmoud Gumi, a respected Islamic Scholar is on the move again;
This time, Gumi and his entourage reportedly visited bandits responsible for recent abductions in Niger state
He met with them at Tegina — a town in Rafi local government area of Niger State.

Popular Islamic cleric, Sheikh Ahmed Gumi has reportedly met with bandits responsible for the abduction of staff and students of Government Science College Kagara, Niger State

According to a video clip shared by popular news station on the18th of February 2021, the cleric was seen amongst the bandits in Niger state.

Gumi’s visit is coming two weeks after he embarked on a peace meeting with bandits in Shinkafi, and Gummi local government areas of Zamfara State. The preached about peace and urged the hoodlums to embrace it.

Also recent images shared on social media indicate that Sheikh Gumi met Dogo Gide terror group in their enclave around the border area in Niger and Birnin Gwari in Kaduna.

As gathered by EKO HOT BLOG , Members of the terror group were seen brandishing AK- rifles and belt-fed machine guns. Also, no RPG was visible during Sheikh Gumi’s visit to Tegina.

Details of his visit are still sketchy as at the time of filing this report. Although, his visits are peace-filled ones because he preaches peace to the terrorists.

Sheikh Dr Ahmed Abubakar Gumi is well respected by members of these terror groups ravaging the north. When he speaks, they listen.
