Job Summary
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s marketing initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Use Digital techniques and skills to design and execute campaigns.
- Carry out impact analysis of these campaigns.
- Give analysis of why customers purchase their products.
- Advise the management.
- Use market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning.
- Oversee the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
- Work with marketing staff to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams.
- Approve and oversee the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects.
- Research and analyze market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess Bachelor’s degree
- Experience as a Marketing manager in a retail / store outlet is a must.
- Minimum of 10 years’ work experience.
- Must understand the dynamics of marketing.
- Must have both traditional and digital marketing skills in the retail space.
- 360 value chain of marketing.
