Ahead Of The Super Eagles Match Against Lesotho, Lagos Govt Lists 5 Restriction Policies For Its Residents

  • The Super Eagles of Nigeria would be returning to football action today, when they host Lesotho at the Teslim Balogun Stadium in Surulere Lagos State.
  • The game has no significant impact in the hopes for AFCON qualification, since Nigeria has already qualified.

With 24 hours to Super Eagles’ last African Cup of Nations qualifying match against Lesotho scheduled for the Teslim Balogun Stadium, Tuesday, 30th March, 2021; the Lagos State Government has released a travel advisory for all residents of the state.

This advisory was shared on the official Twitter page of LASTMA and it is all about ensuring the smooth-hosting of the already-qualified Super Eagles.

As gathered by EKO HOT BLOG, Five things Lagosians should take note of are:

(1.) From 10am–10pm, vehicular movements are prohibited around the Teslim Balogun stadium.

(2.) All motorists approaching the stadium from Ojuelegba and the Alaka/Eric Moore axis can only go through the flyover.

(3.) Also, only cars with the VVIP stickers or match tickets can approach the Teslim Balogun Stadium to park around the National stadium.

(4.) Cars with VVIP stickers and cars conveying people with VVIP tickets will be allowed into the Teslim Balogun stadium.

(5.) Vehicles conveying people with tickets can approach the stadium and park at the National Stadium.

“Please cooperate with all traffic officials along the route to ensure traffic keeps moving. All inconveniences regretted,” the statement concluded.
