Commissioner for Tourism, Arts and Culture, Lagos State, Uzamat Akinbile-Yussuf, has urged residents of the state to emulate the virtues of Jesus Christ.
The commissioner gave the admonition in her Easter message, noting that the virtues of Christ symbolise selflessness, love and humility.

She noted that the Easter period presents an opportunity for the people to reinforce their service to God by rededicating themselves to humanity as admonished by Christ.
”This Easter celebration is a reminder of the kind of life that Jesus Christ lived and the thrust of his ministry which is love for mankind, selflessness and sacrifice,” she said.
