Job Title: Growth Analyst / Reconciliation Officer
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Responsibilities
Monitoring and performing the reconciliation of account on a daily basis.
Monitoring of current workflow and responsibility to investigate and resolve any discrepancies in HMO payment on a timely manner.
Preparing various daily/weekly/monthly reports, related to client funds and balances.
Analyze, forecast, and build custom reports to make key performance indicators and insights available to the entire company.
Monitor, optimize, and report on marketing and growth metrics and split-test results.
Make recommendations based on analytics and test findings.
Drive optimization and data minded culture inside the company.
Develop frameworks, models, tools, and processes to ensure that analytical insights can be incorporated into all key decision making.
Effectively present and communicate analysis to the company to drive business decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Business Administration.
0 – 2 years cognate experience.
