We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Marketer
Location: Lagos
Job Description / Responsibilities
- Field, online, and network marketing of properties available for sale, shortlet and rent.
- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Display and market real property to possible buyers
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Requirements
- Proven track of successful sales record
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
- Pleasant and trustworthy
- Living on the island and female preferably.
Benefits
- N40,000 – N50,000 monthly salary
