BREAKING: Suspected Fulani Herdsmen Kill 36 Benue Residents, College Students

  • No fewer than 36 Benue residents have been reportedly killed by suspected Fulani herdsmen.

EKO HOT BLOG reports that Fulani herdsmen have attacked Shikaan Mbagena Kpav, a TIV community in Benue State, killing at least 36 residents including students of the College of Education in Katsina Ala area of the state.

It was gathered that the suspected Fulani herdsmen stormed the community in the early hours of Thursday, and carried out the attack.

EKO HOT BLOG understands that the massacre has sparked outrage among Nigerians on social media who condemned the ongoing silent “genocide” under the current administration of President Muhammadu Buhari.
