EKO HOT BLOG reports that a Kaduna State High Court has ordered the release of the leader of the Islamic Movement of Nigeria, Ibrahim El-Zakzaky, and his wife.
El-Zakzaky was facing charges bordering on culpable homicide, unlawful assembly, and disruption of public peace.

According to Channels Television, his no-case submission was upheld by Justice Gideon who stated that the prosecution failed to establish a prima facie case against the defendants.
