BREAKING: Eight Farmers Killed By Bandits In Kaduna

  • The two villages located along Kaduna-Birnin Gwari highway have been under constant attacks.

Eight farmers from Buruku and Udawa villages of the Chikun Local Government Area of Kaduna State have been reportedly killed by bandits.

The assailants attacked the victims on their farm.

The two villages located along Kaduna-Birnin Gwari highway have been under constant attacks.

A resident of the area and a community leader Muhammed Umar confirmed the attacks to journalists on Saturday.

“Five farmers were killed in Buruku while three were killed in Udawa. We are tired of burying our men daily. We need help,” he said.

When contacted, the State Police Command Public Relations Officer, ASP Jalige Mohammed, confirmed the attacks but said the command was yet to confirm the actual number of people killed.
