We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Manager (Construction)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and manage extising clients
• Be the face of the construction and real estate service end of the organization
• Create new business opportunities for the organization
• Supervise all project progress and adapt where required
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Design risk mitigation plan
• Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
• Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects
• Manage and coordinate with large and diverse teams
• Ensure project deliverables are met in a timely order while also adhering to quality standards
• Establish effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
• Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts which includes budget and schedule.
• Coordinate the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients
• Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period
• Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Requirements

• A Degree in a related field
• Strong track record of generating business with a good knowledge on the construction and real estate industry
• Minimum of 5 years experience in construction/ and engineering project management
• Proven experience in leading project teams of various sizes from the start to finish of a project
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies
• Budget management experience.
