Job Title: Online Sales Officer

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
The following will be measured outcomes for the Online Sales Officer:

• Handle ongoing social media engagement with customers and others.
• Generate online sales.
• Collecting data, creating comprehensive reports.
• Growing and expanding company social media presence on social media platforms including Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
• Manage after sales customer relationship
• Manage inventory
• Engage and resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or social media
• Receive and prepare customers’ orders for delivery.
• Liase and coordinate delivery of customer orders
• Raise requisition for items whenever necessary.
• Prepare and submit daily store report capturing sales, customer feedback
• Process customer payments on QuickBooks.
• Perform up-selling and cross-selling of products to clients.
• Create and maintain positive client relationships to build business.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

Requirements / Skills

• Qualification: OND, HND, BSc.
• Minimum of 2-5 years relevant experience.
• The Online Sales Officer is expected to demonstrate excellent customer service and effective communication skills.
• Proximity to Yaba or its environs.
