We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Customer Experience Officer
Location: Ajao Estate, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward every caller atall times
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Resolving customer complaints and record details of the action taken
- Processing orders and requests.
- Direct request and unresolved complaints/grievance to the designated department for further investigation
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Provide weekly report to line manager
- Ensure issues are resolved promptly and escalated as at when needed.
Requirements
- An HND / B.Sc in Social Sciences or any related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in handling customer issues
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suits
- Good Record Management and organizational skills.
- Customer orientation and ability to handle different types of customer behaviour
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
Salary
N80,000 / Month.
