Job Description
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, face to face or social media.
- Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
- Inform customer of deals and promotions.
- Sell products and services in the banking halls.
- Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
- Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.
Education and Experience
- OND / HND holders with a proven passion for sales and networking can also apply.
- Minimum of 2 years banking experience in similar role.
- Fresh graduates can also apply as interns.
