Job Description

• The role holder will be responsible for providing strategic direction and managing overall business performance.

Requirements
The ideal candidate must have:

• A First Degree from an accredited university
• A relevant professional certification and an MBA (an advantage)
• 12 -15 years post qualification experience, 5 of which must have been spent at strategic senior management level
• The capacity to create an enabling environment that empowers employees to achieve set goals and proactively respond to opportunities in the business environment
• Excellent networking and relationship management skills.
