US Midterms: Chicago Man Charged With Threatening Republican Candidate

Illinois State Police have laid charges after a Chicago man left a voicemail to the state’s Republican governor candidate Darren Bailey threatening to “mutilate and kill” him.

Eko Hot Blog reports that Scott Lennox, who lives in Chicago, was arrested and charged with threatening a public official, telephone harassment and harassment by electronic communications.
