Former LG Chairman’s Wife Shot Dead In Nasarawa

The wife of a local government chairman in Nasarawa has been shot dead by gunmen.

EKO HOT BLOG reports that Unknown gunmen have reportedly shot dead the wife of a former Local Government Chairman in Nasarawa State.

It was reported that the deceased identified as Mrs Astira Akolo Ahmed Success was attacked by the gunmen while on her way to Assakio market at about 9 am on Monday, along Lafia- Shendam road.

According to Vanguard, Mrs Success was sitting on the passenger’s side of the car when gunmen opened fire on the vehicle.

The gunmen were targeting the driver when a bullet hit her.
