EKO HOT BLOG reports that Nigerian comedian, Emmanuel Iwueke, popularly known as Craze Clown, has revealed that the late Ghanaian footballer, Christian Atsu, paid his school fees until he graduated from university.
The comedian made the disclosure in a tweet while mourning the footballer’s death, who was tragically killed in an earthquake in Turkey.

Craze Clown, who had his tertiary education at Delta State University before proceeding to the University of Maiduguri and the University of Legon in Ghana, later gained admission to Kharkiv National Medical University in Ukraine to study medicine, his dream course.
The comedian said that Atsu had been a supporter of his since 2015 and had offered to pay his fees until he graduated after he lost his father.
He expressed his gratitude to the late footballer and mourned his death, saying, “you’ve been a great friend of mine Chris and I will surely miss you. I really can’t hold back the tears. Rest well brother.”
Christian Atsu’s death was confirmed after his remains were found under the rubble eleven days after a 7.8-magnitude earthquake hit Turkey. Atsu was a talented footballer who played for several clubs, including Chelsea, Newcastle United, and FC Porto. He was also a member of the Ghanaian national team.
The news of Atsu’s kind gesture towards Craze Clown has touched many people, who have been commending the late footballer’s generosity and kind-heartedness.
The story serves as a reminder of the impact that one person’s actions can have on another’s life and how the memory of such acts can endure long after they are gone.
