Eko Hot Blog reports that various traditional and political leaders in the Epe Division have rallied behind the establishment of the Lagos Film City in Ejinrin, Lagos State.
Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, on Thursday, joined other leaders to break ground for the project, which is expected to cost at least $100 million.

“Today is a day of joy and happiness for me, the king, the community, Epe division, Lagos State, and the whole of Nigeria. I’m so happy because God has answered our prayers in Epe and Nigeria,” Olori Balogun said.
She emphasised the film city’s transformative potential and its ability to bring development not only to Ejinrin but also to Lagos State and Nigeria as a whole.

Olori Balogun expressed her gratitude to her husband, the Kabiyesi of Ejinrin Kingdom, and commended Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwoolu for his dedication to the project.
On his part, Hon.
