Baby Factory Bust – 16 Moms-To-Be And 8 Kids Rescued In Aba

 

Eko Hot Blog reports that In a recent operation, the Nigeria Police in Abia Command carried out a daring rescue mission, saving 16 pregnant women and eight children from a notorious baby factory in Aba. According to Maureen Chinaka, the Command’s Public Relations Officer, the raid was executed on Friday in Umuahia.

Chinaka, while divulging limited details to protect the investigation’s integrity, confirmed the arrest of two suspects, Onyinyechi Okoro (29) and Ekene Okezie (32), believed to be operating the baby factory.

The rescued individuals include women like Joy Mathew (27), Stella Okon (22), Bella Okon (19), and Idara Emmanuel (24), among others. Additionally, the operation saved children such as China Marvelous (11), Nancy Sunday (9), Marvelous Sunday (6), and two-year-olds Martha Ubong and Deborah Ndifreke.

The rescue operation was made possible through the efforts of the Rapid Response Squad (RRS) in Aba, acting on credible information received on March 7. Investigations are ongoing, with a focus on unraveling the intricate workings of the baby factory.
