Tinubu Appoints Tosin Adeyanju As NLTF Executive Secretary

President Tinubu appoints Tosin Adeyanju as Executive Secretary of NLTF, Dr. Abubakar Dantsoho as MD of NPA, and Senator Adedayo Adeyeye as Chairman of NPA Board.

Eko Hot Blog reports that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved the appointment of Tosin Adeyanju as the new Executive Secretary of the National Lottery Trust Fund (NLTF). This was announced in a statement signed by the President’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale, on Saturday.

Mr. Adeyanju is a seasoned administrator and an advocate for good governance. The President expects the new Chief Executive Officer to ensure transparency and efficiency in the operations of the agency to fulfill the NLTF’s mission of promoting good causes in Nigeria.

In related news, President Tinubu also appointed Dr. Abubakar Dantsoho as the Managing Director of the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) on Friday. This appointment was similarly disclosed in a statement by Ajuri Ngelale.

Additionally, the President has approved the appointment of Senator Adedayo Adeyeye as Chairman of the Board of the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA).

Dr. Dantsoho holds a Doctorate degree in Maritime Technology from Liverpool John Moores University, United Kingdom, and a Master’s degree in International Transport from Cardiff University of Wales, United Kingdom.

Before his appointment, he had served in various roles in the Nigerian Ports Authority as Assistant General Manager; Technical Assistant to the Managing Director; Port Manager, Onne Port; and Principal Manager, Tariff & Billing.
