Job Summary
EKO HOT BLOG reports that DreamStart Labs, a social impact fintech startup dedicated to improving lives in developing countries, is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Representative to join their team.
This remote role will support the DreamSave app, a mobile solution for village savings groups and community banks, by providing training, support, and market development across Nigeria.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in Hausa and English, with a strong commitment to social impact and excellent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Train local NGO staff on using the DreamSave app, including setup and troubleshooting.
- Provide high-quality support to partners and end-users, resolving technical issues and ensuring satisfaction.
- Develop and manage relationships with potential partners, including microfinance institutions and banks.
- Translate training materials and app content into Hausa.
- Conduct market research and identify opportunities for expanding DreamSave’s impact in Nigeria.
- Report on user feedback, issues, and suggestions for app improvements.
Qualifications
- Experience level: 2 to 5 years in a related field.
- Educational level: High school diploma or higher; college degree preferred.
- Must be fluent in Hausa and English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and training abilities.
- Comfortable using Android smartphones and web-based tools.
- Passionate about social impact and improving lives through technology.
