Kante has yet to make an appearance in Ligue 2, having played exclusively for Paris FC’s Under-19s or B team.
The midfielder has accumulated 31 appearances and scored five goals in his early career.
Kante is seen as a long-term investment for West Ham, which is why he’s being loaned back to Paris FC to continue his development with regular playing time.

Kante will become West Ham’s sixth summer signing, following the arrivals of Crysencio Summerville, Niclas Füllkrug, Guido Rodríguez, Jean-Clair Todibo, and Aaron Wan-Bissaka, in what has been a busy transfer window for the club.
