Killings: Redeploy troops to our communities – Niger Govt begs Nigerian Army

The Niger state government has pleaded with the Nigeria army to redeploy its troops to communities prone to terrorist attacks in the state.

Acting Governor of the state, Mr Yakubu Garba, made the appeal in an interview with newsmen after the 3-days Fidda’u prayer for 13 people killed by bandits in Shiroro.

EKO HOT BLOG recalls that the victims lost their lives on Wednesday when bandits ambushed them on their way to their farms in Anguwan village.
