Moses, who last played in the English second tier with Crystal Palace before moving to Wigan in 2010, has enjoyed a successful career across top-flight leagues in England, Italy, Turkey, and Russia.
Now, the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations winner is eager to compete at the highest level once again, this time with the Hatters.

“After Luton were in the Premier League last season, and coming back down to the Championship, the main objective now it to try and help the club go back up to the Premier League again.”
Having watched several of the Town’s matches last season with his friend and former Chelsea team-mate Ross Barkley in the team, Victor went on: “I thought Luton did well last season, and were just a bit unlucky sometimes. With most of the boys that were playing, it might have been their first time playing in the Premier League, but it was a good experience for the boys.

“But you know what, football is like this sometimes. They were just a little bit unlucky not to stay up last season.
“I thought the boys did fantastically well, but this season’s target now is to focus more on the game on Saturday coming up, and just taking each game as it comes and try to get back up into the Premier League.”
