President-elect Donald Trump has announced that Robert F. Kennedy Jr. will head the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
EKO HOT BLOG reports that Trump made the announcement on Thursday in a statement on X (formerly known as Twitter).
In his statement, Trump expressed confidence that the Kennedy-led HHS will play a pivotal role in protecting Americans from harmful chemicals, pollutants, pesticides, pharmaceutical products, and food additives, which he believes have contributed significantly to the nation’s health crisis.

“I am thrilled to announce Robert F. Kennedy Jr. as the United States Secretary of Health and Human Services,” Trump wrote. “For too long, Americans have been burdened by an industrial food complex and pharmaceutical companies that have misled the public on health matters through deception and misinformation.

The safety and health of Americans are paramount, and HHS will help protect everyone from harmful substances that have fueled our health crisis.”

He added that Kennedy would restore HHS agencies to uphold “Gold Standard Scientific Research” and bring “Transparency” to end the chronic disease epidemic, aiming to “Make America Great and Healthy Again.”
