Ebonyi state Governor, David Umahi has re-jigged his cabinet, affecting two commissioners.
Governor Umahi’s Media Assistant, Mr Francis Nwaze, who made a statement in Abakaliki, said that Commissioner for Human Capital Development, Dr Stephen Odoh, has been posted to the governor’s office.
Nwaze added: “Mr Uchenna Orji, Commissioner for Information and Orientation is to take over the Human Capital Development Ministry in an acting capacity.”
