A new political coalition known as the Coalition of Registered Political Party Members (CORPAM) has publicly declared its support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s re-election bid, asserting that no opposition can stop him from securing a second term in 2027, Eko Hot Blog reports.
The group, which draws its membership from 19 registered political parties across Nigeria, labeled prominent political figures such as David Mark, Rotimi Amaechi, Atiku Abubakar, and Rauf Aregbesola as adversaries of the Nigerian people.

Speaking in Abeokuta, Ogun State, during the launch of the South-West chapter of the “Emilokan 2027” campaign, Oginni Sunday, the National Coordinator of CORPAM, emphasized that Tinubu deserves to complete two terms based on his achievements in office. He called on all patriotic Nigerians to rally behind the president for the realization of a better Nigeria.
Oginni, who also serves as the National Secretary of the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP), described the launch of “Emilokan 2027” as a tribute to Tinubu’s boldness during the 2023 election, referencing his now-famous declaration of “Emilokan” (“It’s my turn”).
According to him: “Let me say clearly that the spirit of Oduduwa and the Egba ancestors inspired Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu when he prophetically made that declaration. Today, across party lines, we gather to celebrate that moment and its significance.”
He continued by reaffirming confidence in Tinubu’s leadership and called for continued unity to secure his re-election in 2027.

“We are here once again in Abeokuta to reignite the ‘Emilokan’ spirit that led to victory in 2023. With collective support across all political platforms, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu can be returned to office in 2027 with a landslide victory,” he said.
Oginni further accused political heavyweights like Mark, Amaechi, Atiku, and Aregbesola of being obstacles to national progress, while reiterating CORPAM’s belief that Tinubu has the competence and vision to lead Nigeria to greatness.
In a similar vein, Abayomi Arabambi, spokesperson for the Labour Party, criticized the leadership of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), accusing them of contributing to the country’s economic challenges and insecurity.
He maintained that they lacked viable solutions to Nigeria’s problems.
Arabambi also dismissed any suggestion that Tinubu would not complete a second term:
“President Tinubu will not step down. He will complete his eight years in Aso Rock, after which the presidency can return to the North.”
Additionally, Ayo Olubori, a former State Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), urged Nigerians not to be swayed by the tactics of the president’s opponents.
He argued that the current economic difficulties are part of the journey toward a more prosperous Nigeria.
