A senior manager with Danel Nigeria Limited, Located at 232, Ago palace way, Okota, Lagos, Peter owojuyigbe, 44, has been arranged before a Lagos magistrate court for allegedly stealing his employer’s properties valued at N59,995,000.
A police source alleged that the accused was ordered arrested by the Assistant Inspector General of Police, AIG Ahmed Illiasu in charge of Zone 2 Command, Onikan, Lagos following a petition by the management of Danel Nigeria Limited, PM News reports.

Police Councel, S. Molo told the court in charge No. A/04/2020 that the accused committed the offence on 1 and 2 November 2019 at 232 Ago palace way, Okota, Lagos.
Molo informed the court that the complainant reported that the accused betrayed the trust reposed in him as a manager and stole its properties such as 41metric tons of orqal and barmocol chemicals all valued at N59,995,000
