Barely one week after a soldier killed a man in delta state for defying the stay at home order of government, gunmen have again killed two men on Saturday at boro street, owase community in udu local government area at about 10am.
According to a member of the community who spoke on anonymity, the gunmen drove the two young men into the community, severely beaten and tied them with rope near a transformer before shooting them.
One of the
deceased was said to have died instantly while the other sustained serious injuries.

The incident which drew the attention of members of the community was reported by the president -general of the community at
ovwian/aladja police division.
The second victim
was said to have died on the way as the residents were taking him to the hospital.
The delta state commissioner of police, Mohammed Hafiz Inuwa who confirmed the incident said, “Yes. Just now the DPO confirmed the deceased to be cultists and that the murder is cult-related.”
