The Enugu State Ministry of Health on Friday announced that 72 health care workers in the state have tested positive to COVID-19.
The Commissioner for health, Dr Ikechukwu Obi, confirmed this in a statement while giving update on the total number of COVID-19 cases in the state.

It was also learned that the state confirmed 28 new cases of COVID-19 on Thursday night making the total cases in the state 202, 154 cases on treatment, 43 cases discharged while 5 deaths have been recorded.
