Governor of Kogi State,Yahaya Bello, has approved the appointment of Justice Henry Olusiyi to carry out the duties of the Chief judge of the state.
In related development, the Governor also approved the appointment of Justice Bayo Olowosegun to perform the duties of the President of the Customary Court of Appeal in the state.

This was part of a statement issued on Friday by the spokesman to the Governor Onogwu Mohammed.
These appointments came after the removal of Justices Nasiru Ajana and Shaibu Atadoga.
