BGCG Advisor, Kunmi Fakeye, Nominated For Oodua Influential Award 2022

Honourable Kunmi Fakeye has been nominated for the Oodua Influential Award in the Oodua Special Recognition Award, OSRA, 2022.

 

EKO HOT BLOG reports that a senior adviser at Blueprint Global Consulting Group, BGCG, Honourable Kunmi Fakeye has been nominated for the Oodua Influential Award in the Oodua Special Recognition Award, OSRA, 2022.

Hon Fakeye, a technocrat in the management and promotion of travel, tourism and hospitality, was nominated for his meritorious service and selfless efforts toward the promotion of the OODUA heritage and states.

 

Hon Faleke’s nomination was announced in a letter obtained by EKO HOT BLOG, and signed by the president and media Personnel, OSRA, Awards, Adeleke Gbenga Emmanuel and Kofoworola Olawunmi, respectively.

 

According to the letter, Faleke’s nomination was based on a degree of
excellence, worthy character and immeasurable philanthropy.

 

The letter read in part: “We are happy to inform you Honourable Kunmi Fakeye that you have been nominated for OSRA AWARD 2022. Your nomination was based on certain criteria which are degree of excellence, worthy character and immeasurable philanthropy.

 

“We will greatly appreciate your presence on the event day to receive your award in
person hopefully.

 

“The Oodua Special Recognition Award is a ceremony put together for the commemoration of personalities whose meritorious service is worthy of recognition. These prestigious and hardworking persons are selected based on public recommendations and a background check conducted to ensure that, those selfless efforts towards promoting the OODUA heritage and states, are celebrated and duly rewarded.

 

“The reward event for selfless efforts has been designed such that it spreads across all walks of life to capture well-deserved persons ranging from politics, banking, social, sports, education, entertainment, entrepreneurship, culture, engineering, marine, public service, the youth, among others.

 

“Coming from the stables of House of Oodua, the OSRA 2022 is also themed around espousing the cultural heritage of the South-western States in Nigeria.

 

The theme for OSRA 2022 is celebrating the narcissi of the Oodua heritage.”

 

Honourable Kunmi Fakeye, who is saddled with the task of actualising the potentials inherent in travel, tourism and hospitality in Africa but especially on the West Coast of Africa at BGCG is a Fellow of the Institute of Tourism Professionals, FITP.
