Policemen, on Monday morning, laid siege on some protesters kicking against the current hike in the pump price of petrol and the price of cement per bag in Edo State.
The protesters were said to have been stopped by the policemen at the main gate/entrance of the king square roundabout close to the palace of the Oba of Benin in ring-road.
