Spain’s Carlos Alcaraz has claimed his second US Open title after beating Italy’s Jannik Sinner in a gripping four-set final at Arthur Ashe Stadium on Sunday.
EKO HOT BLOG reports that the 22-year-old tennis star delivered a powerful performance to win 6-2, 3-6, 6-1, 6-4 in a match that lived up to its high expectations. This final marked the third straight Grand Slam final between the two top-ranked players in the world and once again, Alcaraz came out on top.

Alcaraz started strong, storming through the opening set 6-2. Sinner responded well to level the match by taking the second set 6-3. But Alcaraz, showing great composure, dominated the third set 6-1 before closing out the match with a 6-4 win in the fourth.
With this victory, Alcaraz now holds six Grand Slam titles: US Open (2022, 2025), Wimbledon (2023, 2024), and the French Open (2024, 2025).

The win also sees him return to the top of the ATP rankings, overtaking Sinner to reclaim the World No. 1 position. In addition, he walked away with the tournament’s $5 million prize.
Reacting after the match, Alcaraz expressed his joy at the hard-fought win: “It was a tough battle as always with Jannik, but I’m proud of how I handled the pressure today.”
He now leads his head-to-head rivalry against Sinner 10-5, winning seven of their last eight encounters.
