Our client in the Finance and Investment Sector is currently recruiting qualified candidates to fill the position of Credit Marketers.
Responsibilities
- Seek out new clients by contacting companies and people.
- Work with existing clients to strengthen relationships, encourage referrals, and enhance reputation among others seeking loans
- Supporting new and current clients on loan and credit products:
- Setting up meetings with clients to obtain information on their loan needs; meeting and interviewing credit applicants in order to determine risk factors;
- Determining the most suitable loan option; and providing guidance on the lending process.
- Contacting and setting up meetings with prospective and current loan clients.
- Interviewing loan applicants in order to determine and evaluate all risk factors.
- Promoting the institution’s services and assisting clients in determining the most suitable loan to meet their financial objectives and needs.
- Submitting the processed applications to the manager with the observations found in order to approve or reject the loan.
- Review loan requests
- Assess clients’ financial status.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or Economics
- Minimum of 3 years proven work experience in Financial Institutions.
- Proven existing profitable clientele base would be added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with lending procedures and products
- Ability to create and process financial spreadsheets
- Strong analytical skills
- Customer service experience
- Good Presentation skills (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Good Communication skills (written, spoken, appearance)
- Good understanding of marketing and customer service delivery.
