Eko Hot Blog reports that Hon. Abiodun Tobun, the Member representing Epe Constituency I in the Lagos State House of Assembly, has called on the Muslim faithful in his constituency to embrace the spirit of love, peace, unity, and harmony.
He made the charge in his Eid-ul-Maulid message to the Muslim faithful in Epe Constituency I on Wednesday.

Eid-ul-Maulid is the celebration of the birth anniversary of the Holy Prophet Muhammad PBUH. It holds a great religious significance among the Muslim community and is celebrated byMuslims across the globe.
The celebration is observed on the 12th day of Rabi-Ul-Awwal which is the third month of the Islamic Calendar. It reminds the kindness, compassion and teachings of Holy Prophet.
On this occasion, Tobun emphasized the significance of this holy celebration and encouraged all constituents to reflect on the teachings of the Holy Prophet PBUH, which promote core values such as love, peace, patience, tolerance, and perseverance.
Furthermore, he implored all constituents, particularly the youths, to embrace the teachings of the Holy Prophet and maintain the peaceful relation that has been in existence with fellow constituents.
