The Lagos State Health Management Agency (LASHMA) has begun a sensitisation campaign across the state as actions to educate residents on the Lagos State Health Scheme(LSHS) and how employees can access adequate healthcare using EKOTELEMED.
The General Manager, Lagos state Health Management Agency (LASHMA) Dr. Emmanuella Zamba, on Monday at Ikeja revealed that the tour would further make sure that the agency informs and educate Lagos State residents on the need to join and enroll in the scheme.

She also imploys all residents in the state, who are yet to enrol on the scheme to enrol immediately in order to benefit and gain more opportunities captured from the scheme.
Dr Zamba explained that any residents who enrols would have access to care through EKOTELEMED via audio or video calls from their homes. she revealed that those that enrol can gain access to highly trained and professional medical doctors every now and then, in any of the four main Nigerian languages.
In her meeting, she disclosed that with EKOTELEMED, there is maximum and immediate access to affordable healthcare to all residents of Lagos as they can freely communicate to medical personnel from wherever they are via a toll free line 08000-EKOMED (08000356633).
