EKO HOT BLOG reports that weeds have taken over a portion of the Kwara State Complex Stadium in Ilorin, turning it into a productive cattle pasture.

On the complex’s grassy areas, cattle were seen grazing this weekend.

On the tarmac inside the compound, one could also see both fresh and dried cow excrement.

The security guards on duty at the entrance criticized the sports ministry for the stadium’s disrepair and “for allowing the herdsmen unrestricted access” to the 26,000-seat athletic venue

The Kwara State Stadium is a multi-use stadium in Ilorin, Kwara. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home stadium of Kwara United F.C. and ABS F.C
