Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time
Responsibilities
- Accept and process orders
- Keep detailed sales records
- Liaise with customers, vendors, contractors and business partners.
- Manage social media account
- Assisting customers and advising them on fashion choices
- Handling returns and exchanges
- Dealing with customer complaints and suggesting solutions
Minimum Qualifications
- Ordinary National Diploma
- Minimum of 1 year experience.
Requirements and Skills:
- Sales skills and business-focused approach
- Social Media Savy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to cooperate and work as part of a team
- Ability to work with minimum or no supervision
- Confident and outgoing manner
- Punctuality and professionalism
- Physical stamina
- Ability to cope well under pressure
- Ability to start immediately is essential.
Salary
- N50,000 – N70,000 monthly.
