The federal government has indicated that 5,000 naira will be donated to over 24 million poor Nigerians for 6 months.
Senator Shehu Sani in response to the presidency’s statement said the Federal Government has “formalized the nation’s membership into the Stingy Convention”.
The Senator is of the opinion that the government has formally registered the nation as a member of the Stingy Men Association Of Nigeria (SMAN) by issuing out 5,000 Naira to poor Nigerians.
Nigerians in reaction to Senator Shehu Sani’s response, blasted him for his comment.
They reminded him that as a Senator, he gave out world receiver radio sets as constituency project to his constituents.
