A woman identified as Kunny Okereke has advised Nigerian singer, John Ighodaro better known as Johnny Drille to give his life to Jesus Christ before it is too late.
Kunny gave the advice while replying to a post Johnny Drille made on Facebook.
He asked what his fans think about him and his music, allowing for honest answers.
While other fans were hailing and commending him for his style of music, Kunny Okereke said it is much more better he use his talent in advancing God’s Kingdom.
Replying her, the 33-year-old singer said he has given his life to Jesus Christ even before now and he knows his mandate on earth, saying she is not in any position to tell him about that.
“Nna honestly I think that you should quickly run into Christ so that your music and talent is better used to advance the kingdom of God…the time is now”.
“Kunny Okereke I’ve been in Christ way before you found out about me and I know what God called me to do, it’s not you to tell me. Peace and love”.
Drille began his musical career in church. He was one of the contestants on the sixth season of Project Fame West Africa in 2013.
In 2015, he released a cover of Di’Ja’s “Awww”, which caught the attention of Mavin’s CEO Don Jazzy. His debut single “Wait for Me” was released in 2015.
