He said: “As my partner and confidant, your support and quiet dedication have been a blessing to our family and a valued contribution to the people of Ibeju-Lekki.”
The council boss also highlighted her role as a source of inspiration to many, praying for God’s continued blessings upon her life.

“Your ability to uplift others with your compassion and poise is truly admirable. As you mark another year, I pray that Almighty Allah (SWT) blesses you with abundant health, peace, and prosperity.”
He added: “Happy birthday, Jemila. Thank you for being an extraordinary woman and a true partner in every sense.”
